MUZ-a II

Second edition of the upgrade of traction power supply systems (MUZ-a II) is currently under way, involving:

construction of 48 new traction substations, including 29 110kV traction substations
upgrade of 39 traction substations and section cabins

This means that over 220 kilometres of 110 kV lines need to be built.
